We use the information you choose to send to answer your enquiry. We do not store enquiry details in your browser. Optional marketing messages and optional website analytics require separate choices.

Information you may provide

When you request a quote, you may provide your name, phone number, car brand, model, year, the services you need and any additional details. The website prepares this information for you to send through WhatsApp.

How we use enquiry information

• To answer your question, recommend suitable products or services and provide pricing.
• To arrange a visit or installation when you ask us to.
• To send occasional service updates or offers only when you select the optional marketing checkbox.

WhatsApp and optional lead delivery

When you choose “Send,” WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. You decide whether to send that message. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. If Madhuban Motors later enables its secure website lead endpoint, the same enquiry may also be delivered directly to the shop so it is not lost if WhatsApp is interrupted. The website does not currently keep a copy of your enquiry in browser storage.

Analytics choices

Necessary browser storage remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. If you arrive from a paid Google or Meta campaign, the website also keeps non-personal channel, campaign and creative flags for that browser session so your WhatsApp and call actions reach the appropriate team member and the business can identify which ad generated the enquiry. Campaign and creative values are restricted to lowercase letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens, limited to 64 characters and expire with the browser session. We do not store search terms, click-ID values, arbitrary query values, your contact details or vehicle details in these flags. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Analytics helps us understand visits and website performance; it is not required to use the site or contact the shop. You can clear the site’s stored data in your browser to reset this choice.

Sharing and retention

We use enquiry information for the purposes above and do not sell it. Information sent through WhatsApp is retained in the shop’s WhatsApp account only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain legitimate business records or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may decline analytics and marketing and still request a quote. You may ask us to stop marketing messages or request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to records we are required to keep.
